VISIONC600 - VisionR700 & VisionR800 keyboard can't control the screen.

This problem can only occur if the screen VISIONC600 is configured with the VisionR using network method.

When the screen VISIONC600 is not available the chart library is disabled.

The letter (S) is not showing.

Possible reasons

1. Screen VISIONC600 is turned off or no power is detected.

2. Screen VISIONC600 is disconnected from Network OR Ethernet Cable is disconnected.

3. Screen VISIONC600 IP changed and the VisionR can't find it.

4. VisionR can't find hostname (Address) due to is disconnected from Network OR Ethernet Cable is disconnected.
