CSPOLA600 - Why the screen display white?



Make sure you have a USB 3.0  THUMB DRIVE.
Make sure to use software V1.0.0.1 to update the CSPOLA,
to be used with Vision R 800 V1.2.0.1


1. Use the      power switch to turn off the unit.

2. Proceed to download file  V1.0.0.1.zip  and then place it in the root of the USB THUMB DRIVE.
Do not forget to unzip the file.




3. Plug the USB THUMB DRIVE in the indicated port.


4. Use the      power switch to turn on the unit.
Below is the booting and updating screen sequence.

Unit is Off
4.1 Let the unit turn on.
4.2 Unit is reading files
4.3 Unit is updating the software
4.4 Unit completed the update. You can turn off the unit. 
Use the power switch.
                    
4.5  Remove the USB THUMB DRIVE







6. Use the      power switch to turn on the unit.

7. Connect the remote control into the screen unit CSPOLA600.
Use the USB cable to recharge the remote control
           

8.  Align the remote control with the CSPOLA600 screen.
9. On the remote control press and hold  
ENG MODE screen if followed on the remote control and CONFIGURATION on the CSPOLA600
   

10. Verify the software version is Velvet V.1.0.0.1
