Procedure to activate Randomizing - APH550 and CS550
Do not attend to update your units without phone support.
Ignoring this recommendation could lead you to brick your units and void any warranties.
The procedure has been designed as a guideline tool.
Step 1
Mention that you desire to activate the Randomizing Function between APH550 and CS550
Step 2
Download the files attached below.
Step 3
Connect the cable provided into the this port labeled PC.
The other end connect it into any USB port on your PC or Laptop.
Step 4
When is time the customer support representative will instruct you review this graphics.
Displays for reference.
Communication speed
It is set as 115200bps by pressing the top button and set as 9600bps by pressing the
bottom button. (Set the communication speed same with PC.)
Hyper mode
Enter the Hyper mode by pressing the right button. It is cancelled by pressing the left button.
Press the XC1 button after setting the communication.
“Please Send MOT File.” is displayed by pressing the XC1 button.
Communication execution
Start the communication by pressing the “Send” button of the application. The
progressing bars of both the application and APH550 are displayed. Turn the power off
after 3 bars of APH550 become 100% and the “Checksum” is displayed.
Step 5
Make sure you have a USB 3.0 THUMB DRIVE.
5.1. Use the 
power switch to turn off the unit.
5.2 When is time the customer support representative will instruct you review this steps and graphics.
Plug the USB THUMB DRIVE in the indicated port.
5.3 Use the power switch to turn on the unit.
Below is the booting and updating screen sequence.

5.9 Use the power switch to turn on the unit.
5.10 Connect the remote control into the screen unit CS550
Use the USB cable to recharge the remote control
5.11 Align the remote control with the CS550 screen.
5.12 On the remote control press and hold 
ENG MODE screen if followed on the remote control and CONFIGURATION on the CS550
15.13 Verify the software version is KB11-1
