Spindles Replacement Tutorial

Introduction:

This article provides information on how to change the spindles of the Mr. Blue, Mr. Orange and Pro-E lens finishing systems. The need of replacement is indicated automatically by the machine when replacement is necessary.

The indicator of the third wear-out threshold is displayed beside the maintenance menu in the top of the screen.

The wrench icon flickers.

On the spindle maintenance screen a warning icon appears next to the spindle concerned.

IMPORTANT

- Spindle maintenance is used to preserve the GMD module seals

- Always follow the maintenance as indicated by the machine automatically

- The non compliance of the GMD maintenance may cause serious damage to the entire GMD module
