Problems with bevel position
1 - Verify the transfer movement of the wheels
Verify if there is no lens residues inside the cutting area blocking the transfer movement (right-left) of all wheels. Presence of burrs, parts of lenses, or falling chuck can affect the right movement.
2 - Restart the machine
Micro cuts on the electricity network can lead to loss of transfer engine steps. During the initialization process, all sensors and mechanical assemblies are repositioned and recognized, eliminating possible passage losses.
3 - Adjust the position of the bezel.
